DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THIS COMPANY! I repeat DO NOT INTERVIEW! After the first initial conversation with the “chief of staff” I was told to complete an assignment. I was given three days to complete said assignment which was a go to market growth strategy for a made up brand. I was extremely detailed and completed the assignment in 2 days, finishing early. I handed in my assignment and two days later was sent an email telling me my assignment was great, it they had filled in the role the day before. Simply put these people stole my ideas and made me work for free. They take advantage of job seekers and make them work for free. Do not interview with them!!!!

It felt like an attempt to gather free strategic insights without real engagement in a fair hiring process. If you’re considering interviewing, be cautious about investing too much time in uncompensated, spec-heavy assignments with no guarantee of meaningful feedback.
