First phone interview is 30 minutes and is judged by "points" for answers. This interview was conducted not with anyone directly involved with Operations -- just another CL employee (this is key to note as the next stage was to do a 3-hr timed project. So.... as it turns out, I didn't get to speak with anyone about the role to learn what they were looking for and so I had no opportunity to determine if I was truly interested/was a fit before having to do a 3-hr long project. Questions are standard/basic and not pertaining to the role or your background.
