It started off with a phone call with behavioral questions, then an interview with the manager which had more behavioral questions, then an in-person interview in the Toronto with more behavioral questions and a mock cold call, then a final interview with another manager.

The interview process was a thorough 4-step process: recruiter call, video call with hiring manager, in-person panel interview, and video call with BDR director. While it was a long process for an entry-level role, it gave me the opportunity to meet several sales team members and leaders I’d be working with. Debbie was my recruiter, and she was incredibly friendly and professional. She was very communicative, providing clear feedback and next steps after each round. Overall, I left with a great impression of the company. However, I ended up accepting a competitive offer from another company.
