My initial interview was with the recruiter followed by meeting with the hiring manager (not the reporting manager) and then two other managers one of whom was my manager. The interviewers were all easy to talk to. All interviews were conducted over phone and no face-to-face interviews. I actually never met anyone until the first week of my job on site. Drug test and background check was also part of the process after the interviews.
