I applied online and was emailed with some initial questions by college relations. Then a phone screening by college relations followed by video call interview by two senior staff leading the internship program.

Colloquio
They showed me around the office and asked me about my interests and school experience. The office is a very relaxed environment. They told me about some of the projects that they were actively working on. I felt the interview was more a test if my personality was a fit for the company.
