Board of interviewees about 2 hours each within division . General background asked strength and weakness and most challenging situation and how it was dealt with. Asked some questions pertaining to experience linked to job type and thoughts about future there from what I knew of the company and opportunities. Questions on process improvement approaches and how to engage that and examples from past and how to app rich it.overall straightforward process nothing odd.
1 round with recruiter
2 round with Director
3 round panel interview of managers. No follow up on where I stood on the interview. Called more than a couple of times, to realize, I was not chosen.

HR screen was intense and then nothing for 3 weeks. Scheduled for hiring manager interview, rescheduled twice, ended up never speaking with hiring manager and then ghosted. Internal hire apparently but was never contacted again
