Panel interviews, behavior based. Management screening, followed by peer interviews. 5 rounds and about 90 days to complete. Felt longer than it needed to be and really dragged out. Internal candidates who applied had to be screened and seem to happen a handful of times during the process

It was quick, easy, they contacted me in a matter of 2 days after application. The process overall was friendly, they all explained the benefits of working there. The team was open on how they work
