I applied for the position on indeed.com and was then contacted by the temp agency that posted it. After a phone screening, I met with them briefly and was then given a date to meet with Cardinal representatives. The employees that I met with were very professional and kind. It was a specific role related to integrating and utilizing a new software program for their needs, so some of the questions would not arise in standard interviews. The employees met with me in a small conference room, but only two or one at a time, so it wasn't overwhelming or intimidating. There was a bit of a delay once I'd been offered and accepted the job due to the background check.
