The interviews are not very well conducted. The people performing the interviews have a heavy work load and do not have a lot of time to prepare for the interview. I had a single interview with the owners in 2007. The process has changed quite a bit since then.

I don't think any of the people conducting the interviews have enough time to prepare questions that might trip up a potential candidate.
