Went in for two interviews. First interview is just a brief 'feeling-out' by someone in the office. Very friendly, warm impression.
Second interview asks more probing questions, met with the owner of the company and went over more specific details of what the job entails.
Very friendly staff made me feel welcomed at both interviews.
