I did a phone interview with the recruiter. The second phone interview was with the hiring manager. Then, I was asked to come in for 3 hours to meet with 3 individuals for one hour each. I was asked by the hiring manager to complete a mini test on how I would assess a providers request for a rate increase. I followed up one week after the interview and was told they would be making a decision in a week. I never heard back. Not even a post card to say thank you for taking 3 hours out of your day to meet with us.

The interview process has clear steps and a helpful HR presence as you move through the process. Three rounds of interviewing which felt appropriate for the role. Normal feedback time and very transparent process
