First interview was over the phone. interview questions included; Why you were looking for employment, typical day as a reimbursement specialist, and a run down of job history just to see if you fit the job in which you were applying.

Usually through a temp agency. Short, and mostly about your personality, and availability, rather than job knowledge. They will send a job knowledge quiz as the next step. All answers were google-able

Interview seemed to go well...until I was ghosted. No response to follow-up emails. It would be so easy for recruiter to just email me back saying they decided to go with someone else.
