I first had a phone screening with CarePartners, followed by a second interview over Zoom. The interview went very well. My interviewers were pleasant and made me feel confident about the process. However, they promised to be in touch, but subsequently stopped all communication and did not respond to my follow-up emails. As someone who values communication and professionalism, I found the lack of transparency and courtesy disappointing, especially from a healthcare organization that emphasizes care and compassion. CarePartners Waterloo needs to do better and show more respect for people’s time.
