Easy not hard and it was ai that was the first interview haven’t had second yet so idk how it is after that hoping it’s with an actual person on zoom

Applied for RN telephone triage position. Submitted resume and invited for telephone interview same day. Submitted cell # for call. Call never came. Got home and the recruiter had left a message on my landline, #taken from resume and not from online submission for interview. Invited for another telephone interview with the recruiting manager. Took the day off work to ensure same thing did not happen again. Call never came. Recruiter called me later that day to check if interview went ahead. She was on vacation but arranged to call me that same evening because I had taken a day off work for the interview. During the interview the recruiter told me that she had only worked for the company for two weeks and could not answer my questions. I reside in Tx and was told I would need a Ca license. Ca require microbiology and lab for license. I had this course from way back 1993 from UK. It takes min of 14-16 weeks to get a Ca endorsement and it costs $800 (per BON). Anyway, long story short and after a great deal of inconvenience I was told despite having a great CV and beaucoup experience, I did not meet hiring criteria. Be sure you don’t mind wasting time on this company before you apply for a position. In my opinion, it’s dangerous to go work for a company with such poor management strategy and operations. I’m glad that I didn’t leave my present position for this company. Good luck if you do!
