The interview questions were largely not technical, save a few questions about design patterns. Salary offer was what I asked for, average for area. Initial vacation time offered was 15 days, with 10 more years of tenure to reach 20. CEO approval was required to start at 20 days (I have 10 years experience). 10 days of holiday vacation. It sounded like CTO approval was required for all development offers. At the of interview time, the position was hybrid onsite/wfh.
