Three interviews; one with each, recruiter aka HR, Manager, and then team members. Recruiter wanted to know about you, the manager wanted to know about your projects and recent work, and the team members asked technical questions. I provided a follow up email to each showing my interest, no response. Over a month later, when I asked about the timeline of the decision, I received a response about getting a follow up on the status, but nothing. Their website showed I was no longer considered after I reached out. In the end, I was ghosted. You can come up with any excuse, but it still reflects how people are treated.
