Some hire staffs staying thier booth and when interviees come their booth they start interview they get interviee's resume and ask about background, skills and what did you take in university coursesThey focus about what interviee's answer and If they have questions from interviee's answer they ask of that again.

Dinner the first night, then an all day interview the next day. Included a case study presentation and interviews with leadership. Very intense and exhausting, but the people are great.
