I applied through school. I interviewed with the employees who were going to work directly with me (train and supervise) . Questions are all basic and also behavior questions. Very standard. No HR employees involved during interview. They just read the questions from the paper and listen to you so it would be best if you could create some conversation instead of dry interview.

Casual interview process and asked about my skills and willingness to relocate to other provinces. The interviewers are okay and make me comfortable. The interview was via Teams call. They also answered my additional questions.
