Several phone calls and emails from recruiter(s). I interviewed once in person with 2 people and once over phone with 2 people. I was given a tour of production area after in-person interview. Not overall impressed.

Safety behavior-based, conflict resolution, process knowledge, and personal development/improvement questions mainly. Did a great job welcoming me and making me comfortable before and during interview. No real technical questions.
