Applied online a few days after the job was posted to their website and linkedin. 2 weeks later, was contacted by HR for an on-the-spot screening interview. Lasted 10-15 minutes - simple "walk me through your resume" and "what skills match with the job?" questions. I was able to ask a few questions after. I was told they would try and get back to me by end of day if invited to 1st round. Emailed the next day to let me know I would proceed to 1st round interview in the office. 4 days later, I was in their office for a 45 minute 2:1 interview with HR and the head of trading. HR asked more behavioral questions "tell me a time...," "how would your old boss describe you..." Trader asked more detailed questions about trading and asset pricing. After 4o minutes, they entertained my questions and explained the process going forward for 10 minutes. I was told that, if I progressed to 2nd and final interview, I would meet and interview with the team of traders after the holiday season. I received an email 1 week after my interview to inform me that i would NOT be moving on. HR was polite and responded to my email requesting feedback. While I did not get the job, it was a pleasant experience and everyone I met was helpful and nice.
