On site campus interview, followed by (3) in person interviews at HQ. They flew me out and paid for my room and board. Overall very professional experience and treated me wonderfully.

It was a fast and easy process, it just took two weeks. However, I think the questions were a little complicated; they were not the best to assess what they wanted.

Tell me about a time when you had feedback from the operational team.
Formal, professional, succinct. They were interested in how you were as a person. They were very knowlegable about their company. Very honest about company and expectations. Interviewer could not speak high enough about the company, and for good reason.
