The interviewer for Cargill was polite, friendly enough, but not that interested in me or overly engaging. Most of the interview was asking about certain points on my resume, and then bombarding me with situational type questions and writing down my answers. Would recommend thinking of every possible situational question they might ask ahead of time so you don't get stumped.
