Very friendly recruiter, the interview was well prepared, we started with a company and role presentation before we moved to the interview itself. The recruiter was checking if the information was clear and if I was feeling comfortable.

The interview process was pleasant. Not very rigid. It was a free flowing exchange of ideas. Cargill was introduced in detail and allowed me to see if we had shared values.
