I had to interview with the one of the employees in of the department to answer some preliminary questions. Then I interviewed with the manager of the department to see if I would be a good fit. That processes lasted a week. After that I received an offer from the HR department. The whole process took about two weeks.

I applied at my career fair and was able to get an interview slot for a video interview. They asked pretty simple behavioral questions like how do you experience line up with the goals of the facility.

Casual interview process and asked about my skills and willingness to relocate to other provinces. The interviewers are okay and make me comfortable. The interview was via Teams call. They also answered my additional questions.
