There is a 2 part interview process either with the Manger of that location and a Supervisor or you'll be sent to a different location for your follow up interview.

Very easy interview process. I worked here for almost 2 years as a shift lead and they mainly look for open availability and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

The process was long (over 2 hours) which I believed was very extensive for a barista job. After I received the positive, training was inadequate. I thought that because they took such a long time to interview me, they would take a lot of time to train and prepare me for the position. Instead, I was thrown in with a ton of questions and not a lot of guidance.
