Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Caribou Coffee (Glendale, WI) nel mese di gen 2013
Colloquio
I applied online, and at several locations, hoping to hear back from one of them. I heard back from one within the week of applying. Scheduled an interview right away. My first interview was with the shift supervisor. I though it went pretty well. The question were pretty basic, and minimal. He mostly just told me about the job. After the interview, I got a call two days later to schedule a second interview with the manager. Went to the interview and it was a horrible experience. He had his phone on him and kept taking calls, and would walk away to go on the register, and when he would come back he forget where we were and what he had asked. No respect for the interview what so ever. Instantly I did not want to work for this company anymore.

-If you were a superhero, who would you be and why?
-If you were a pencil stuck in a blender, what would you do?
-Talk about a time you didn't understand or like a manager?

In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well

Straight-forward and simple, manager asked me about my experience, my availability, and how my being a full-time student affected my scheduling. Very professional, and clearly had strong corporate standards for processes and dealing with employees.
