Very informal, which was helpful as an incoming barista with no experience. Helpful to hear that they care a lot about interacting with people in the community and establishing connections through coffee!

In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well

Straight-forward and simple, manager asked me about my experience, my availability, and how my being a full-time student affected my scheduling. Very professional, and clearly had strong corporate standards for processes and dealing with employees.
