The interview process began first with an email. In the email was a link. If you clicked the link, it took you to a website. On that website were three questions. Under each question was a button. The button said record. If you clicked that you could record your answer using a camera attached to your phone or computer. You had two minutes for each answer. It says you only have one chance but I could submit twice. Then they have a second interview. That's as far as I got thanks.

I’m genuinely surprised to see this role is still open, especially considering I interviewed for it back in May 2024 and went through every single stage of the process. Here’s what the interview process entailed: Completing a detailed video questionnaire. A one-hour call with the co-founder. A project assignment to complete. An on-site meeting with the team, which lasted four hours, to present my project and continue the interview process with other team members. After investing so much time and effort, I never heard back from them—not a single word. No feedback, no follow-up, nothing. It’s disappointing, to say the least, given the extensive process they put candidates through. Now, seeing that this role is still open in December 2024, I can’t help but question their hiring practices. It feels like a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort, and I hope they improve their communication moving forward.
