I first had a phone interview which went well. The hiring manager then scheduled me to do a second phone interview with the director that typically is the 3rd interview for later that same day and then in person interview at 5 pm the same day. I found this odd but with the holidays schedules can be difficult. I was unable to make the in person at 5pm but was able to reschedule for 7am the next morning. They had me complete the Myers Briggs personality test and this was discussed during in person interview. Interviews went well and I was offered a position. I had applied to RCD of new building but they offered position in an established building. I learned later that they typically do a urine drug screen during the interview also.

I was interviewed by three Regional by style , performance, and our Hiring Administrator. Be prepared to answer questions about responding to emergency situations and how you would handle the crisis process.
