They will give you a PCA test if you are not already a patient care assistant. Fill out a 100 questions and then you could be a PCA. There is a lot of paperwork, but I was almost an immediate hire. They take into consideration a lot of your preferences like whether or not you want to do incontinence care, bathing, or if you just want to be a companion.
