get ready for out of the job-scope questions. just have to be confident in answering the questions and make jokes once in awhile and you will be good. usually there will only be 1 f2f interview session and once done, the HR will get in contact with you if you are shortlisted. unless you are applying for managerial role then you will have a 2nd interview with the BOD.
