Aptitude and technical (written)
Technical (face to face):we discussed on basic windows technologies (AD, DNS,IIS, Networking) and ended up with scenario based questions.
Manager round (face to face): again technical and aptitude. I was asked 3 aptitude questions.
HR round: for the salary and other negotiations
