The interview process began with a 2 part first round interview. First behavioral questions to assess fit and communication skills. As the interview progressed, technical questions on core accounting principles were explored, including topics like the treatment of intangable assets and equity and their flow though the 3 statements. Further valuation questions regarding both Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and comparable company (multiples) analysis were discussed.
