It was a long process which included travel outside of New York City to Connecticut on several occasions, meeting first with the Director, then VP, then Design Manager. Commuting Compensation was not discussed upfront, but only mentioned after I asked about it. Overall the people I interviewed with were professional, friendly and fair, but the location of the office was not convenient to normal, every day commuting.
