The onboarding process was concise, thorough, and gave me a solid sense of the company’s ethos. However, one con was that the reference process felt a bit too rigid. After multiple interviews and receiving the offer, I was unexpectedly asked for a third reference. This wasn’t fully clear in the onboarding instructions, and while I understand the need for thoroughness, it did add unexpected pressure after I had already committed. Overall, though, I appreciated the professionalism and the supportive environment, and I would still recommend the company based on my experience.
