I sent my CV on LinkedIn and I was first selected by his assistant who had resigned. He asked all sorts of questions on my past jobs, I had to translate two pages of legal documents from Italian into English. (I later found out that he wanted these for his website). I had to pass all sorts of tests for the use of Microsoft Word, like page layout, adding footnotes, formatting the page with paragraphs and other questions I don’t recall now. He seemed very nice during the interview, I used the main bathroom, but when I got hired I had to use the little spare bathroom where the brooms were kept. The interview was the only time he was polite and smiling.
