It was very relax and straight to the point, sharing the need of the company to hire someone qualified for certain tasks. A digital portfolio was very important as they required highly talented young architects to join the team, capable to bring provide proposals to the client and control the project process from start to end. Also, they let me chose the position I preferred to start at so that was a plus for the interview.
