Met them at a career fair in university, they were very kind and clear about the positions open and the type of roles. 2 rounds of interview, first one with HR guy focusing mainly on personality, skills and strengths, second one with senior HR woman and two managers, ranging from skills, ability to adapt, willingness to learn.
