My uncle's friend was working at Carrier, and he helped me get the chance for this intern interview. It took less 2 weeks and I got the phone interview, after passed the phone interview I was called for on-site interview and passed it.

Not technical at all, very friendly and approachable. A bit disorganized though. Mostly asked about my studies and that which I enjoyed to see wether or not the company would be a good fit.
