I told the recruiter during the pre-screen my salary expectations. I made it through the interview with the director of supply chain as well as the team I would potentially join. Questions were straight forward. Team seemed nice and engaging. I received an offer that was less than what I set my minimum for. Never in my years has this ever happened to me. I found the recruiters terminology of joining the family as uncomfortable with the given situation.

Do you have experience with negotiations? Are you an alaytical thinker? Why are you leaving your job?
They keep posting the same jobs over and over again so not sure if they are actually hiring. They outsourced a recruter who has no idea what they are doing. I had the most unprofessional experience where I got ghosted for our scheduled call twice and the third time when they actually called they had no idea what they were doing. Not sure why a huge company is using cheap outsourcing to try to hire good candidates. It was a disaster.

I was contacted regarding the initial screening, but was straight away scheduled for a virtual interview, but on the day of the interview before couple of hours we were suppose to meet, they just sent out the meet they just sent out the cancellation email, when I tried contacting the hiring manager, he just responded saying will check with the HR policy and will contact you back. But there was no reply post that and they just ghosted me out.
