First phase was a quick Hirevue interview. Only some confirming questions about info on my resume then one recorded question asked. Gave you 30 seconds to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to record your answer.

Behavioral questions. Phone call with HR first and then with the engineering team, where they explain the project you will be working on. Overall they were very friendly and it was not stressful

I had been told at a career fair that I had a formality phone interview but that I had gotten the job after an on-the-spot interview and that they would only be doing a background check and verifying personal information. I had a great phone interview and then was told three months later that I didn't get the job, after I'd been told verbally I did get the job. Very frustrating.
