Interview process is not too complex, they do an initial phone screening, then invite you for an in-person interview at their location. You are then met with one of the team members who ask you questions about modems and routers and provides you some knowledge on their portal. Then you do a quick 5 min quiz, and wait outside until they call you in and ask you situational type of questions on how you would react with a customer on the phone.
