1) hiring manager selling the role on initial phone interview and what that company does
2) send back to recruiter to ask more questions on another phone interview about my current role, challenges, and wrapping up with what's next
3) official meeting with same hiring manager from #1, another 30 mins. seems like a bit redundant with what recruiter has already ask. how about my recent jobs, what challenges i had in those jobs, and etc. nothing hard on the questions.
then promise to get back to me with next rounds (in-person interview). 3 days later. dead silent from this company. and then finally a rejection email. what a joke of this company.
