The first interview was fine, common HR questions about my interests, why I would like to move, etc. The second interview was tough, it was technical but questions could be answered easily if you have experience about the required services/tools of the job description. I managed to answer almost all except one but it was not a problem. After second interview, I got to the last interview with Hiring Manager and a Business HR partner, the Hiring Manager didn't show up, the interview went fine, I got really interested in the job position and I was ready to expect an offer. However, at the end of the meeting, the talent acquisition person called me and mentioned that we still need the Hiring Manager approval, so we scheduled another meeting in which the Hiring Manager didn't show up/he asked the talent acquisition person to cancel it, at the end I got rejected without even meeting the Hiring Manager that never showed up. I really enjoyed the second interview and I still believe there was a great match, the HM didn't think so even without knowing me or checking my background himself.
