Me mandaron el test, me dijeron que tenía 24 horas para resolverlo, y a las pocas horas me dijeron que el puesto había sido ocupado. Aún así, les mandé la prueba resuelta, pero nunca recibí respuesta

I applied for a Software Developer position. The interview process was cumbersome and disrespectful. After going to their offices to interview with them, they made me wait for a really long time. It also took them a couple weeks to take a decision of moving forward or not despite sending them several emails to request the application status. I got the offer, but with weird conditions. Different employees that contacted me offered slightly different conditions. I also learnt on how they do software engineering there, and quality it's far from being their top priority. Taking into account their huge disrespect towards my time, as well as their management miscoordination in addition to a salary that was way below the average, I decided to decline it.
