Found position online, submitted application. A hiring manager called me for a screening call and asked me one basic behavioral question and other general questions about myself. At the end of the call she scheduled an interview for me. Due to my school's location I was interviewed by phone by two different employees, one hiring manager and one relocation accounting analyst. Various and simple behavioral questions and descriptions of the position was talked about. I was contacted a week or so later offering me a position in the Intern program. For an interview process it was very simple and as long as you have an answer for the questions you will do well.
