Met their the HR manager at a career fair, and I was invited for a one-on-one interview the next week. Not too much question has been asked by the manager but he did explain a lot for the company, the team and the position with great details. Two weeks later I was at the group interview, and this time they asked some detailed question about my career goal and concern. 15 minutes after the final interview, they offered me the position, 🙌!

Very easy, nothing too it. the mgr doesn't really do a very good job of asking detailed question about my skill sets. Very informal, and no real process lined out. No reason to study or dress up to much.
