I was interviewed two times, my intitial interview was for a position that I did not end up taking. My initial inteview took about 2 hours and I was asked extensive questions regarding my experience (personal and work related), team skills, flexibilty needs ect.. At the end of the first interview one of the managers interviewing me (2 interviewers) mentioned because of my previous history I may be interested in a different position. I was so they had listened intently to my skills. The second interview was about an hour with 2 interviewers 1 being the manager for the team the position was under and the other was a manager that was not present at the first interview. I was called within 3 days with an offer.
