Two panel interview. The interview lasted about 1 hour and my references were contacted very quickly. My references were contacted before I could advise them that I had listed them as a contact person.

Interview was conducted over Zoom. I was asked about why I applied for the position. Awareness of boundaries and how I deal with stress. Personal experiences that could apply to the job.

They gave a hypothetical situation and how you would handle it. IE, a child is having a crisis, how you would de-escalate.

It was easy and fast. Ask questions ! Very difficult population to work with but rewarding. Interview was only with one person. I would say it was an easy interview process. Got a call back the next day.
