The interview was thorough, but very cordial. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the questions required thoughtful answers, and the intrerviewer(s) were fair and listened carefully. They were candid about the process, and requirements to get the job, which is fair and appropriate for a job where children are involved. Overall, they left the impression that CST is a desirable place to work for the right kind of applicant.
